I am new to Pandora and am very pleased with the experience I had with Mal M. and the store in general. It was a little busy, which was to be expected because it was Valentine's Day. I was helped almost immediately, and while at first Mal wasn't sure if the item I selected was in stock, she quickly determined it was and I was able to make my purchase. She also gave me a kit to take my ring size (as I had inquired about finding out what size ring I wear), and reviewed the return policy and care manual as well. I will be visiting this store again and hope to see Mal again, it's not often you find this level of care in most retail establishments anymore.
