I like the service , The store , and the people working

I was actually greet BY NAME when I entered the store! (I may have an addiction to the Pandora charms, hence the frequency of visits). I had several things to accomplish during my visit- exchange a charm I had gotten for Christmas, use a gift card I’d gotten and replace a necklace that had broken…..Rita had done this all so efficiently! I never made to feel like I was taking up to much time…..such a friendly environment!

Rita, the associate that helped me, was so kind! I mentioned that I wanted to start wearing jewelry and she was so helpful. She asked me questions of what I was looking for and let me try two rings that I really liked and, uh so nice! I would go back to this store and want her to help me for my next purchase!

I came in and was greeted by an associate right away. Melanie helped me find charms to add on my bracelet. Claudia and Rita was there too. These girls are really sweet and welcoming. I’m gonna come back to shop with them again soon.

I was highway satisfied with my visit because the associates were extremely friendly, super welcoming and I had a blast talking to them. Yuliana and claudia in particular we’re extraordinary

I went in and it was super quick and easy to make my purchases. Yuliana G was very knowledgeable and helpful.

The girl who was helping us was very knowledgeable in all the jewelry. She had no problem in explaining & showing us everything she thought we would like. She was also so sweet!

My fiancé likes all the jewelry design you have so im trying to give my fiance the jewelry she likes. 😊

Ilyssa provided great customer service and knew the products well for me to choose the appropriate one for my wife.
