Recieved a bracelet as a gift and wanted to add to it. Sarah was very helpful and explained different options I could select from. decided to add a couple of clips and ask for some new charms for Christmas

I came in looking for a specific charm that was sold out online: Beauty and the Beast Glass Rose. Thankfully, they had this charm in stock so I was able to add it to my collection! I especially love the sales - it justifies me buying charms that I wouldn't normally buy!

It was Black Friday and there’s a lot of people ofcourse, I was greeted the moment I came in and was helped immediately. Everyone’s really nice! Nataly helped me and she is really sweet, she helped me make choices by giving out suggestion! It’s a very good shopping experience.

Mal M. and Sarah V. were very friendly. Sarah helped me setup an appointment with Mal. And Mal spent 2 hours helping me find the right items for Christmas presents and for myself. At the end I walked out with 35 items and so excited with everything I purchased!!! Would highly recommend this store and working with Sarah and Mal.
