Madison was very helpful when we entered the store. We knew we wanted to see the fall launch and she brought out all the charms we asked for and even had recommendations of past charms that may fit our bracelets. Madison also informed us of upcoming releases we may have been interested in.

I was greeted at the door by the manager “Sarah”. She was very helpful right away and got my daughter pointed in the right direction to find what she wanted with her birthday money!! I went to 5 other stores prior to this one and no one could get her to buy anything. Sarah knew exactly what to show her and she bought it!! Very good service will recommend!!

Sarah, Rita, and Kelly all worked together to help me create a truly stellar bracelet. I already have 2 Pandora bracelets that I wear daily. They were able to help me move some of my old charms onto a new bracelet and turn my new bracelet into a starry dream come true.
