I was highly satisfied with my Pandora experience because the person who helped me out was very nice and welcoming. she made sure I was satisfied with my choice of ring and she also helped me figure out how to return or exchange an item. Despite not finding the receipt, she did what she could to help out.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Madison asked what I needed help with. She was very patient and answered all my questions.

I really like how easy it is to buy here, I feel like I can get all the help I need. I would recommend this place for gifts because of the quality of the jewelry. Loving it!!

I went in to get rose gold sea charms. They helped me out tremendously!

Madison was super nice and helpful. She explained how the bracelets interact with the charms. My daughter that was with me was 3 and Madison was able to meet my needs of finding a bracelet that fit my daughter's small wrist. It would have been nice to see Madison's face but Covid mandates ruined that experience.

Jordan was very professional and sweet! She helped me choose the prefect bracelet and offered me a variety of butterfly charms. She also cleaned my rings and gave me tips on how I can maintain their shines.

My boyfriend purchased me a ring at the Downtown Disney location. It ended up being half a size too small. Claudia and Natalie helped me exchange for the correct size.
