I was at pandora with my mom and my daughter and we had a great experience Alanna was super friendly and helpful . We left very satisfied with our purchase

The associates were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. They were very personal and remembered me from my last visit. They even gift wrapped one of my rings that was going to be a gift without hesitation.

I walked right in and was acknowledged. The sales rep told me she’d be with me right after she was done with the client she was with. The sales rep knew exactly what she was talking about and it made me feel confident of the product I purchased.

Claudia & Nataly helped me and they were very patient and willing to show me many charms. They also offered to clean my bracelet. They were very nice & friendly. I was just visiting but if I go back I will look for them on my next visit!!

Claudia, who assisted us, was very sweet and helped my sister and I during our process to buy matching rings and open a new card! When we go back, we'll definitely ask for her.

The associate didn't hover over me and allowed me space. She didn't try to sell things to me but rather just showed things to me. I'm very independent and don't want to even be bothered at restaurants where I eat. This is very important to me. She was patient in showing me the rings and accommodated my asking for different sizing well. I went back the next day to buy another ring as well. She helped me at this time as well haha. Overall a good experience.

When I walked in I was automatically welcomed in by all associates in the store, Rita, Melanie, and Jordan. They were all very friendly and gave me multiple options beyond what I was looking for. I appreciated how quickly I was helped and I would definitely come back soon due to the amazing service!
