As always when I visit the store the sales people are always friendly, the young woman Nataly V (185646) took the time to have a conversation and made me feel welcome. She is also the only one that sent me a thank you card from the store. She is a lovely person. as always I truly enjoy my charms.

I had trouble cleaning my pandora jewelry. I was afraid I was doing something wrong I went in-store to see what recommendations a sales associate would give.

I was visiting Reno Nevada, I live in New York. I took a trip to the mall notice there was a Pandora store and wanted to see if they had two charms that I was very interested in purchasing, the sales women Claudia was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly and was able to help me purchase the two charms I wanted, she even offered to clean my bracelet and other charms that I had. Claudia made my experience in Pandora exceptional.

She was able to set my girlfriend up with an awesome 1 year anniversary gift that she absolutely loved. 100/100 would comeback as long as Rita is there to help!
