Aidan did an excellent job from the moment I walked up to the entrance he greeted me with a smile and helped me find the perfect necklace for my partner. he showed me different color options and made the overall experience very easy. I don't shop at jewelry stores often so I did not know what to expect but it was a very pleasant experience thanks to your staff. Although my experience was great without it, today I received a handwritten letter from the Aidan and it honestly made my day. I'm looking forward to coming back.

Sarah, the store manager, who attended to me during my visit was amazing. I spoke to her on the phone prior to the visit and she was very helpful and informative. I was going to shop online but it was her sincere service that convinced me to visit the shop and purchase there instead. She went above and beyond to make sure I am happy with my experience at Pandora. I can't ask for more and will definitely recommend the shop at Reno to everyone I know.

Madison was not only help and knowledgeable but she was also very patient. My wife and daughter were both looking items. It was my daughters birthday and my wife and my anniversary. The experience fit the occasions. There were 3 people helping us and no one made us feel rushed.

I was helped by Penelope. I really appreciated that the counters are wiped down between each customer, and that anything I tried on and decided to wait on was promptly put in a cleaning solution. Penelope ensured that I was able to get the bracelet that I wanted in a size that fit me perfectly. Although I decided not to get any additional charms, she made sure to let me know that there were charms that I would love coming in the next few months and would let me know when I could come see them!
