I went to the store looking for a birthday present for a friend, and Nataly listened to what I was looking for, she was really nice, patient and for my surprise, bilingual, which I appreciate because Spanish is my first language and feel more comfortable speaking my native language. I end up with way more of what I was looking for. I got a few charms for myself… thank you
