Nataly was very friendly and helpful in helping me to complete a charm bracelet for charms I got for Christmas. She gave me many options to look at and consider and told me about the sales.

This was my first time making a purchase at Pandora and I am BEYOND HAPPY! The sales associates assisting the line was great in helping us “pre-shop” and giving us catalogs to look at. She explained all of the covid procedures very well. I’m sorry that I do not remember her name, but she was short with dark hair and glasses. The associate in the store was also amazing - her name was Kelly. She was super friendly and kept everything clean for us before and after our visit, and explained our warranty information very well too. I am a District Manager for a retail company and I am beyond impressed by the service I received today. The system the girls were using to handle the line outside really impressed me and gave me some ideas to use at my own business. I am so pleased with the entire process.

Kelly was super nice and there was not a line. There were lots of options for rings and they sized all of my fingers and helped me look through the catalog.

I appreciated Kelly helping my friend and I pick out a ring. She sized us quickly and gave us a book for our measurements. Then she chose a ring for us that we loved!

Sarah V, our associate, was very friendly and helpful. I wasn’t sure what I really was looking for and Sarah made awesome suggestions. The other staff were very aware of the Covid protocols and I watched another associate rope off the entrance when the store had reached the customer quota.

The two associates who helped me Ghia and Nataly were super sweet and cared about me and my needs. They were able to help me look at charms for my bracelet and were in no way rushing me! Great girls they deserve to be recognized

I was helped by Sarah, Kera, Ghia, and Penelope during my visit. I was so glad that they are taking covid precautions and making sure that anyone that shops with them are safe. During my visit, I saw them cleaning down their stations after each customer as well as cleaning any jewelry that was shown. All the associates were so nice even though it was busy due to the holidays. I will continue to shop at this location because of the amazing service that I am always provided.
