I looked at the website before going to the store and had written down the 3 items I wanted to look at. Julia and Penelope located those items quickly and helped me make my choice. I appreciate their cheerful helpfulness.

Kera cleaned my bracelets as I was assisted with my purchase by Jamikia and Julia. I was impressed with how friendly Jamikia was. She helped my grandmother find a new clip and a new bracelet and helped me look at the Christmas charms. I just wish I was able to see all the Christmas charms. I would have definitely gotten the reindeer if shown it.

The sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. This experience was better than the one I experienced several years ago. The Covid protection seemed reasonable.

I wanted to exchange a necklace my sister got me for my birthday. The exchange went very smoothly and I was very satisfied with the help I received. I plan to return to the store in a couple of weeks.

Nataly and Julia were so helpful and friendly. I usually have so much anxiety when going into jewelry stores because I’m so indecisive but these 2 had an incredible amount of patience. I work in customer service as well and know how difficult people can be but they made me feel so comfortable that it honestly felt like I was asking my friends for their opinion on things.
