When we walked in we were greeted right away. We also asked to get our rings sized and they got that done in a very timely manner and it was very safe. I also liked how available they were for any questions they had.

My experience was easy smooth and I was to get assistance with my exchange.

I'm highly satisfied with the wonderful and unforgettable customer service provided by Nataly and Kera. I went on the day of my birthday, after flying across the country to visit Reno, and they made my entire birthday night special. I loved my experience with Pandora and these two lovely ladies that I returned the next day to purchase a birthday present for my best friend. I have never been inside of a Pandora jewelry store before my first time on my birthday, and I will say that I am returning again and will be requesting only Nataly and Kera upon my return because that is how superb and lovely they were.
