Kera was so friendly, greeted my husband and I as soon as we walked it. Asked questions, to help direct us. We were early Valentine's day shopping. Showed us several items to pick from. Offered to clean my earrings I picked out, said keep looking here are some new items that came in. I saw the gold crown rings, tried those on as well. Jamikia helped to get the right size, while kera cleaned and boxed my purchase. So we ended up buying and spending more. She also asked about the pandora card. Great time shopping! And wasnt stressful for my hubby either!! In and out quickly, Thank you both so much.

The sales associate she very helpful, she show me options and other product. And she recommended what kind of bracelets and charms to start on my brand new bracelet.

My sales associate, Penelope, was so efficient and so very helpful with my exchange and additional purchases. She asked my preferences for the exchange and made me feel like I was the only customer in the store. I wish all the Pandora stores had sales associates like Penelope. I am on my 13th bracelet and I have been to a lot of stores and worked with a lot of associates. Penelope needs to be cloned!! Happy New Year!
