Everyone was so friendly, and helpful. I bought my granddaughter a very special gift this year, and she loved it. I brought her back to the store to pick out what she really wanted on her bracelet so it was a great experience for her. She's only 12, so it was nice for her to get such positive attention. Thank you for hiring such positive people. Sarah went above and beyond to help us pick a meaningful gift.

When I first walked into the store, I knew that I wanted to purchase something for my mother. I looked around the stores at the displays and had been interested in learning the price of a necklace. Nataly was so kind in helping me out and was on top of the ball when it came to helping not only myself but another client in the store as well.

Sarah & Kera were helpful (as they always are) and friendly. They showed me everything that was part of the sale and otherwise, they made sure that I got some of the things I've been wanting to buy.

Store has enough staff to assist customer. Kristina I was very helpful and patient in all my query and requests. Im a local in Reno and I like going to the store than purchasing online.
