Many stores in retail have a tendency to not be accommodating to those with visual impairments. This store not only allowed time to feel the charms but describe any elements as well. This is super important to us as customers and made the purchase special.

Kera and Gia were so helpful in making sure I got my winter Stitch charm and I ended up get the winter penguin as well. I will definently be back soon to add a new bracelet and more charms to my collection.

Nataly and Kera were super helpful and very sweet! I went in to get another bead charm to balance my bracelet, I had gone to this store before and they remembered me and my love of Disney and Nataly pulled out the Disney Christmas charms. I told Nataly I was looking for one of the new snowflake charms because I liked the look of them and Kera showed me the super sparkly one but I decided on the red snowflake that reminded me of the beauty and the beast rose. Then Nataly put the new charm on for me because of course it was on the other end of my pretty full bracelet. Basically this is a lovely store with great sales reps, definitely my favorite Pandora store I have ever visited.
