Pandora Jewelry

It was my very first time buying jewelry for myself and my very first visit to the pandora store. Penelope and Kristina were so helpful. They helped me find the perfect size and recommended other rings similar to it. It was such a good experience these ladies did an amazing job.

I like all my purchases from Pandora... the quality and price are my main reasons why I continue to buy more pieces.

Kera and Nataly were super helpful! They noticed that my bracelet mostly had Disney and pulled out all the newer Disney charms and showed the movement of Flounder-he was adorable!

I was very welcomed by Julia and Kristina, they were super attentive, communicative, show all the options I could choose and surely I highly recommend pandora to everyone and I will come back for new purchases soon as I can!

The ladies were super knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The store was very clean. And the product was displayed in a neat, and easy way.

The item that I came to purchase was much smaller than it appeared to be online.Amelia was very patient with me while I was making my decision and also made several suggestions.

The person who helped me when I returned to purchase (Ken) kept putting his keys over the merchandise, I felt that it could be scratching the charms, I had asked him to get me a different hanging heart charm because it did has scratches on it, not saying it was because of him, but it's tacky and disrespectful to the charms. There were 3 women who were in the store helping me the 1st time I was in the store early that day and they were very helpful.

Very nice, it was Gia A. Very helpful. Showed me all the new Pandora. I miss the books/catalogs though, they said they should be coming soon.

My wife has a bracelet and my intention was to buy her a charm for her 60 Birthday. So I inquired about a birthstone and chose a very nice. Then the associate (Amelia) showed me a charm that has a 60. I ended up purchasing both. My wife was very happy. The other associate (Nataly) was also very nice and did an excellent job gift wrapping the present.

Kera (not sure if I spelled her name right) went above and beyond with personal attention and detail. She made my day! Thank you! I’ll be back soon.
