The friendliness of the store associates is always top notch. The variety of available items is overwhelming, but in a good way! The quality of everything I see in the store is breathtaking.

My sales associate Nataly was amazing! She took a long time with me and I was able to pick out two perfect rings for myself. I am really appreciative of her patience and willingness to help me with my selections. Also, the rings are beautiful!

The ladies who work at this store are super nice, fantastic, sweet and have a huge knowledge about their selection! They were very patient while we picked out our pieces! My sales person was Mackenzie!

Because I have a preferred card with Pandora I recieved an email from Kera letting me know about the sale that was happening on the 3rd and 4th for the $25 off of $100, if she hadnt emailed me I would have never have known about this sale. I made an appointment for 10am on the 3rd and I took my Grandmother in to buy her, her first bracelet and her first charm. I ended up leaving with a bracelet set for my Grandmother and 5 charms and 2 clips, along with 5 charms for myself. I had two associates helping me, Kera and Sarah who were so nice and helpful on find charms and telling us about coming charms. I will definitely be coming back to these two ladies for help and I will always have this memory.

My friends and I really wanted matching charms and the sales associates were friendly, they were able to understand what we wanted and they were able to show us different options that we didn't see right off the bat. When we checked out we had a fast and easy check out.

The employee was really awesome and great all of them were.I got the ring I picked and wanted size and all? Most definitely will be coming back.

I came in looking for 3 particular rings, and Joyce was able to get them quickly and find the right size for me , all while making conversation with me. she was genuine with everything she said, and even made the effort to make conversation with my sister who was just looking as well. next time I shop with pandora ill definitely be shopping with Joyce!
