The whole staff is awesome there, especially Sarah and Penelope who are always ready to help me! The store is beautiful and organized. The jewelry is pretty & there's a great selection. I really love the Disney line of charms, bracelets, necklaces and such!!!

Sarah and Penelope are the sweetest, they're always helpful & thoughtful. They suggest things that they think I'll love & they're right 9/10 times! I love my trips into Pandora, it's always nice to feel welcome. The thank you notes I receive afterwards from them are so sweet! ♡ ~Samantha

My mother and I are fairly new to buy charms for our Pandora bracelets. We love the idea of how there are several options of designs and meanings under any category. Let alone, it is also satisfying that it blends well all together; silver, gold or rose gold, it all looks good!
