The service was quick, the sales person was knowledgeable, polite, personable and professional. I was offered suggestions that were helpful. My purchase was boxed and the visit was quick and easy.

I was greeted nicely when I entered the store. Sales Associate was extremely helpful in the decisions I made to purchase birthday gifts. The Associate was very friendly and gave me a warm feeling in the purchasing process. The store was attractiv and very clean.

Eva provided the BEST customer service that I have ever received at any Pandora store. She is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, & very friendly. She brought my attention to the survey which is a first. I shopped at the Tanger's Outlet Pandora store in Sevierville, TN a few months & the 2 associates there didn't seem to know anything about customer service. Ava would be a perfect trainer for Pandora. My purchases were packaged beautifully! I drove over 100 miles to get to this store & got there towards the end of the day so I'm sure that Eva was tired since this was the last day of a promotional sale. I wanted to see several trays of items. She was happy to help & I really appreciate it! There was another lady working with Eva & she is very nice also. :)

The sales associate was the nicest lady I’ve purchased from in quite some time. Not referring to Pandora, in comparison to other places of business. She was happy and so willing to help! I loved working with her and she will definitely have a repeat customer!!
