I had to put a ring on hold until I could get there, the associates helped me over the phone and located my hold as soon as I arrived.

The employee was very patient.she was willing to take her time showing me the items I wanted to see and made very helpful suggestions.everyone was very friendly and professional

The salespersons were very inviting. They explained the special promotion available and asked what I was looking for. I told them the holiday charms and they were so helpful. It was a delightful experience.

The associate was very helpful pulling out different trays to satisfy exactly what I was looking for, if I didn’t find it in the first tray she pulled out another one and then another one.

My son bought me a bracelet for my birthday. Not knowing to much about this bracelet, I was amazed on how many charms there were. When I walked into the store a very pretty lady by the name of Lindsay C asked me if i needed help, i explained to her that this was my first time buying charms, she was very helpful explaining the different charms and asking me what i was looking for. She helped me a lot and i ended up opening a credit card and buying three charms.

Wonderful selection of merchandise, especially rings, at already discounted prices--then we got an extra 45% off! The sales associate, Danielle, was one of the most knowledgeable we've ever met at a Pandora store. She was extremely helpful.
