I love the Tanger outlets and I am so excited to have a Pandora store there!

She truly knew the items and explained to me that If I was building a bracelet that each thing is a different amount.

Amazing staff. Had what I was looking for. In and out in under 10 minutes.

I walked in looking for gift ideas for a very difficult person to buy for. Within moments I was shown items that sparked a gift idea and then the most friendly associate helped me build the perfect gift! Everyone there was warm, friendly and beyond helpful to me and each other. Wonderful environment!

Kristin was our sales associate she was very nice. I was bringing my friend in for the 1st time so she helped her find what she wanted. despite the store getting very busy Kristin did not let that affect her service. She concentrated on us. She has made a new customer because of her service.

Kristen was very knowledgeable about everything. It was my first time in a Pandora store and my first Pandora purchase. The store became very crowded, lots of people were waiting and Kristen acknowledged them when the arrived and never made me feel rushed. This was important to me as a first time buyer. If she hadn’t treated me as well as she did, and not make me feel like I needed to hurry up and purchase, I would have probably left frustrated/overwhelmed and without purchasing. I will be back for more Pandora!
