Briana,was very helpful in finding the rings I wanted and giving me suggestions for my husband to come back to buy me for the holidays. It was my first time at a outlet store,Iwas purposely looking for retired items of pandora. Iwill be back.

My daughter and I were starting our Christmas shopping and found a couple of gifts. The variety of gift ideas made shopping fun and easy. In addition to a few gifts for others, we were able to get a little something for ourselves with the Veterans' Day promotion.

I was highly satisfied because I never experience dissatisfaction from any of the Pandora stores I have visited and this being my 3rd visit to this location I have experienced the same friendliness and personalized service each time.

The ladies were so knowledgable about what charms were retired and what were new. They were pleasant and eager to help up even though we were just buying something small.

I found a few retired charms that I had been searching for and I am completely satisfied. The price for 3 of them was PHENOMENAL. The Italy gondola was a bit expensive and I wanted it after searching for it for over a year so I paid the regular price ($50) for it even though it was in the retired tray for $29.99 and I was told that that was an error.

I love the Branson store! Every time we are in there, the gals are so nice, knowledgeable and fun! Go there when you have a chance!!
