This was a great experience although the man that helped me was new he was very nice and helpful and the other sales associate there was also very helpful. Great Experience. Love Pandora! Will be back again and again!!

It’s challenging to completely decide my purchases based on the inaccurate prices of the merchandise. The associate needs to look up each piece. I may purchase more as I budget my choices throughout the store. The associate was friendly and helpful, but looking up every piece of interest took about 45 minutes. My husband was done waiting.

I was looking for an adjustable bracelet & the store was out of them.

Felt like one staff wasn’t very willing to serve us at first, but then became friendlier when we really decided to get at least one item

Very satisfied with store and employees I purchased two items that I do like but the one that said it glows in the dark does not I have a lot of Pandora items and this does make me to not purchase again but was just not satisfied with this one purchase !

I was highly satisfied with my pandora experience. I however do not live near this particular store and probably won’t be returning to this particular store in the near future. I will however be purchasing from a pandora store or online in the future.

I was greeted by a sales associate when entering. My order was available for pick up as stated via email. The sales associate was pleasant and helpful when I showed interest in other items.

We went in to get a chain repaired that was broken. It was purchased there several years ago and we wanted to pay to have it repaired. This store is an hour from home. We did purchase two new chains and a pendant but I still want the chain repaired.

There is always room for improvements no matter if you are a person or business.. I also feel there could be a better variety of charms to choose from.
