I made a complaint about the store and I felt like they were trying to appease me and being nice because one of the lady said I have not seen you in a while see never seen me for I had only been there two times while

My sale associate lacked good customer service and she didn't tell me about a bracelet sale they were having but l overheard the other sales associate telling the group she was helping.

I was satisfied just not with the long wait on mother’s day

I was prepared to purchase items. The price was not an issue. I decided to remove an item. The old manager stated. I wouldn't get a 3rd bracelet. I wasn't purchasing items free bracelets I would have purchased the items regardless. Better Customer service needed! Abigail the best she could.

The first sales associate didn’t really want to work. The second sales associate I believe her name was Brianna so was amazing. If I could get her on every visit I would return to PA tomorrow.

they needed more help; it could have been better if they let more people in the store as some people knew what they were going to buy. They also could have checked customers out outside. They also could have had the bags pre-wrapped to save time. That made things slower. I spent about 20 minutes waiting for assistance as there were 2 people ahead of me and the girl outside, could have come in to help but didn't.
