Over all I was satisfied with my experience I just wish my stone wouldn’t have fallen out of my charm. But being able to return made me very happy and Brianna was so nice and helpful.

Could have had a little more of a deal on Black Friday. Waiting outside in line. The person in front was told if they wanted to browse they could go in store or order outside if they knew what they wanted. They didn’t want to go in but I still had to wait. When someone came out I was able to go in . And then they told the couple behind me they could browse in store or order outside without waiting until someone came out.

I had to wait for 30 min to get waited on. While the sales lady was very knowledgeable she was rushing me during my selection because other people were waiting.

There were only 2 Sales Clerks, and the store was extremely busy. So had to wait to be waited on approximately 15 minutes.

I had to return a bracelet, because Moruvis would not meet my need at the moment, but the store refused to give me the money back, claiming that that bracelet was for final promotion. But nobody had informed me that this type of product could not be returned. The store decided to authorize me to exchange the merchandise, I exchanged it for a charm. But that was NOT what I wanted, that spending on a charm was out of my budget ($ 40.00). I wanted to get the money back.
