Mgr. (?) With customer in wheel chair that blocked sale portion of display never suggested that she move despite seeing us try to view. This was the case even after her sale was completed and they were in idle chit chat. Pandora lost potential sales as a result.

The cost of one of the rings because it was solid gold and not plated. The wait to have a sales associate help us. Not being able to have a tray pulled out to view all the rings.

Price is too high and employees seeing tired; it was Black Friday and some of them worked really long hours

I had a good experience, but I felt the saleswoman was just a little too eager to help. I couldn't get a chance to take my time and just browse around without her trying to pull charms out and make suggestions. That's just not how I like to shop.

The "last chance" selections were spread throughout the display cases and not all in one location. The last chance prices were not as exceptional as I had hoped Prices weren't readily available without being looked up in price guide
