Frustrating that prices are not marked on a lot of the charms, leading the associate(s) having to flip through the books to locate the charm and the sku/upc in order to scan for prices. This takes " A LOT" of time. I am sure I spent at least 20-30 minutes extra in the store because of this. Thank goodness it wasn't crowded. On such days(crowded), I have seen people actually leave. How hard would it be for the sale associates take the time to organize the charms with their prices when they aren't busy instead of just standing idle?

I need 2 of the retired dangling initial P charm. Store had one. The clerk did not offer to contact me if they received another one or try to find me one. She just suggested I keep checking there.

I called several locations and most placed me on hold or were too busy to take a telephone order my greatest experience was with theBrandson Missouri store and San Marcos stores. Atlantic City the manager refused to honor the sale over the phone, the Mississippi outlet never called back sevireville Tennessee store never answered and actually had the item I wanted...I spent over 600 hundred in all three locations and paid 60 for shipping but can't help but wonder if the other stores called back if I would've made the purchase in just one store
