As a Pandora associate I felt the associate treated me as if I planned to steal from Pandora. I thought that stating that I work for this company would allow her to ease in how she treated me as a customer with the merchandise. Although I thought I could be exaggerating my experience, my significant other felt the same experience after my interaction! I believe that when I work with customers I allow them to freely try on our merchandise to gain ownership, I believe she should try to do the same!

It was just a little difficult to see which retired beads were available. Also a little confusing having the retired items right next to the current full price items. I though all inventory in the store was going to be the retired collections.

There were 4 sales associates working on a Saturday (late afternoon). I had to ask another customer if there was a line/sign in. I waited about 25 mins to be able to see the charms. 2 charms I wanted were not available.

The Pandora Store is very nice as are the sales associates. The quality is also very nice. My only problem is that the prices seem high, however I guess that goes with the "IN" name of Pandora.

I prefer to walk around and look at ALL the merchandise before deciding to buy. The way the charms are set up in drawers, one on top on another, unless the sales person is right there and you know what you want you're out of luck. I think I would buy more if I could see all the charms as opposed to telling the clerk what I want. I might see something that catches my eye if I could see everything.

I feel highly satisfied is reached when you do something above and beyond your normal job. The associates did their jobs. Because I have so much pandora, I was more knowledgeable but I didn't have a problem with that.

Experience was okay. I visited on a busy day, Labor Day. The store had 4 other customers who were with associates, leaving me without an associate to see for approximately 15 minutes. I have no complaints about the service I received. The associate that helped me was very courteous and patient.

I was told by the sales associate that a charm I was trying to exchange was final sale which I had no knowledge of because I wasn’t told before purchasing and it wasn’t on my receipt. Anyway manager allowed me to exchange so I was left satisfied but unhappy with the way Ms. Claudia handled the situation.

The sales girl looked at her watch so frequently during our visit that it felt like we were being hurried along. She wasn't unfriendly but also did not give the impression that she was pleased to be helping us. There was no one else waiting in the store for sales assistance. This was not the high level of sales assistance that I am accustomed to from my many visits to this store.
