It was Black Friday and there was not enough associates in the store to handle the amount of people wanting in. People were standing outside and 28° weather for 30 minutes. I asked for gift wrapping but I was told they’re not doing that on Black Friday and I also asked for two gift boxes since the charm I purchased was for mother and daughter and I was not given that either

merchandise is overpriced and I cannot believe that for the price you pay you have to polish it or have it cleaned, as it tends to turn, for the price it should not turn at all

The sales associate was rude and not pleasing until I came back tip the store with all my Jewelry on. I didn't have it on three first time I went in. That has happened every time I went in without Jewelry on. Not sure I'll go back to the store.

Having to stand out in the cold to be able to buy items is very frustrating. It was very cold and my family wasn't able to go in the store with me. They had to keep standing out in the cold.

The sales associate had to comb thru books to find items I was looking at for their cost. She spent about 15 minutes minimum just searching. When she found the item and gave me a price, it was more than I wanted to pay and she made me feel bad about it by saying I made her look thru all the merchandise books for nothing.

Sales associate came to me and offered assistance. She was courteous and helpful. While I was paying my bill, the manager whispered rather loudly and abruptly to the associate to complete my transaction and return to another customer. The associate responded that she thought the customers were finished and the manager gave her a stern look. I asked for my package without her finishing the final wrapping and left immediately. I felt this was rude to me as well as the associate who was just trying to do her job. I have spent several hundred dollars this year at other stores but there was no information to be found that I had an account on file. I will not return to this store for some time if ever.

The prices are a big mystery and have to be looked up in a book. I was quoted $80 for a gold ring and the customer next to me was quoted $35....iPad didn't work right...seems like it's not made to be easy on the customer. Please post prices!

I never enter a store that require me to greet these assistants first. These sale assistants were not neither making me feel welcome in the store nor friendly . I have to leave the store at first. Although I have to admit this was my first experience with Pandora, I might have overact for their attitude. I thought maybe this is how they run the business here. If not for a dearest friend of mine, I don't think I will even enter the second time that day. It was not really the worst shopping experience but surly counted as bad one.
