A bracelet that I had purchased from Pandora was discolored from a cleaning at another Pandora store and the bracelet was damaged (Cracked inside, under the heart and 2 jewelers fell out).I asked the salesperson to send it back for a repair . She said my receipt was not found under my account in the computer and also that you do not repair or replace items without a receipt. She suggested I call Pandora customer service to discuss the repair. Dept. I then purchased an exact new one for $145.19 that was on clearance at the store, I would appreciated a refund for the new bracelet . I can return the damaged one to you . I can not believe that this is not the first time my account with your system did not register my purchase.

Did not have many items in stock that I was interested in, prices are high even at the outlets and the jewelry turns dark after years, which is ridiculous for the price you pay.

The lady that was helping me was very rude from the start of my walking in the store. But I really wanted something and been thinking about getting a ring, and I did but her attitude was nasty, she seemed like she didn’t want to be there over all very nasty and I know that working with people can be hard at times I work at a fast food but she was horrible and makes me never wanna come back to that store again, and spend my money!

First of all I drove all the way to the outlets thinking it would be a better bargain. It was not. Could have shopped at my home store and bought the same merchandise. Then there is a sign on the counter that if I shop Fridays I would save 35%. I saw this after my sale was completed. I find this extremely annoying. I decided to return the items and just go to my normal store to shop the next Friday. Unfortunately one of the items was a clearance item so I couldn’t return.

When purchasing I was informed that my rings were rose gold plated...but since they were close to $200 each I had figured that the stones were either crystal or diamond chips...upon closer inspection once I got home I realized that they are actually CZ. The rings are pretty, but a CZ rose gold plated ring is not worth even close to the amount that I paid. I will be returning the items....very dissatisfied that the stones were not labeled in the store.

The salesperson Harley was new. She seemed totally lost, not her fault I guess. Now the other person, a heavyset young woman with no name tag was completely useless. We were the only ones in the store. It was obvious Harley needed help. She asked for help and we waited almost 10 minutes before the woman came out from the back. She was not nice to Harley. They couldn’t find charms that were supposed to be in stock, I was quoted wrong price. It was clear Harley was trying and did not feel comfortable asking for help. The other woman was either in the back, stomping around slamming doors/drawers or shuffling papers. My husband was so aggravated he left. I almost left as well. The woman working with Harley on 3/5/19 at 5 pm needs to get a job somewhere else.

Add on phone was buy two get one free. Tanger outlet would not honor the app and I lost out on the free charm.
