I received rings as a gift and was going to exchange the size. Erin kept telling me they were a 4.5 when. I know they were size 4. She gives me a ring to try on and doesnt mention the size and it’s a 5. Well the 5 is too big to my finger and I have to reexchange now.

I payed half cash and half on my card, instead of being charged the correct amount they charge me the same amount on both my card and in cash. Luckily, I caught this mistake. They had overcharged me and instead of the error being immediately fixed, I had to wait days for my money back. This set me behind on my Christmas shopping.

I received a bangle for Xmas. Returned it to regular store in January for another few bracelets. One broke during quarantine. Wrote to pandora many times - no reply. When regular store opened called. Was told my broken bracelet was moved to the Tanger outlet and I had a year warranty so I could drive 1.5 hours to exchange or go to regular store and use the $ towards something else. Associate gave me all code numbers for product and size to call and confirm outlet had it. I did that. Drove 1.5 hours to make exchange (bracelet is $22 - but I LOVED it). Got there And was told My warranty wasn’t valid with items that were discontinued. Explained that I was told by the sales associate at the regular store that I could do it and the outlet manager told me I was given wrong information and there was nothing she could do. A re-purchased the bracelet since I did like it and had already driven an hour and a half out of my way. I called my regular store in Ross Park Mall and was told by the manager she has never heard of the one-year warranty not being excepted and she would work on it but I have not heard back

I went to pandora at washington PA and I think this location need some improvement. The associates where ok but the one who attend me was abigail and I felt she was some type of bother or she was having a bad day or she is just not good at sales. I asked for the price of charms she told me that the price showing there was the sale price. I said ok. She wasn’t friendly at all. I understand we all have bad days and we are living hard times right now but you can tell by the body language of the person that simply is just not about having a hard times is about the personality and be good at sales. I don’t think I’m going back to this location I prefer 100% going to ross park mall one. Pandora need definitely train better at customer service their associates on that washington PA location. They can do better than that.

Linda has NO knowledge of the products. NONE AT ALL. She has no idea what things are called and how to communicate with customers. I have dealt with her once before and she always says things like “I hope she likes it” Who is this “she” Linda talks about?? I only shop for myself and have no idea why she thinks I’m not shopping for myself. She rushes sales. I wanted to buy a bracelet and get a few charms but I just could not stand being there with her for another minute. It’s a shame because I want to get more than 1 item and look the charms that are no longer in normal/non-retail stores but I cannot when she is working.

I live over 2 1/2 hours away from the store. I bought a ring for my sister and it was too big. I went to return this for a different size and they didn't have this ring anymore. It was a discontinued ring. I was told there was nothing they could do for me because the ring was discontinued. I asked if I could please trade it for something the same price and they said no. I drove 2 1/2 hours to get to this store, not even imagining they would do nothing for me, what a waste of my day, time, gas and now I'm out $40, the price of the ring. Even though they told me this is their policy, another customer came in and said she needed to return items because she was "allergic" to silver and the associate told her they really couldn't return discontinued items, but would make an exception since she is allergic and even gave her CASH back. Where is the fairness in that?? They wouldn't do that for me when I drove 2 1/2 hours to get there?? I think this is a ridiculous policy and I will never go to another Pandora outlet store, if another Pandora store AT ALL which is a shame, I love all the Pandora rings and have about 25 rings myself. UNBELIEVABLE!!

Nobody asked me if I needed assistance while I stood at the counter Lindsay would have rathered dealt with paperwork than help me. When she did finally come to help, she was slamming stuff around and was not pleasant with us at all. I knew exactly what I wanted but it was like pulling teeth. She has VERY poor customer service. Also did not have all the products out in my size an she didnt even attempt to help with other sizes. Felt very uncomfortable considering it was my first visit at this store.

Couldn't get assistance, when I did tell the lady I needed assistance, she went to the back, I didn't know why, then I asked another lady, she stated that I had to be on the waiting list, then when the lady who went into the back came back out she ignored me and went to other customers and I had to interrupt her because I was standing right there and she was putting other people on the list before me and I had come in the store before them.
