Customer service was good and quick. All employees were quick to keep the line moving. And overall enjoyed the experience of the store. My employee spoke spanish which helped me understand.

First time buying a Pandora bracelet. The sale associate Minerva made the process easy and explain everything I need to create a charm bracelet! I will be returning to this location again.

Minerva G (goes by Minnie) was my sales associate. She was exceptional!! She demonstrated her knowledge about the bracelet options including sizing, made sure that I was happy with the way my bracelet was going to fit. She took the time to try to locate a discontinued charm for me at another location, she made recommendations based on what she had seen that I liked, and she made sure that I understood to care for my bracelet & charms, and she was sure to tell me about the warranty. I can't wait to shop with her again!

I went in to get a bigger sized bracelet after ordering online and the CSR was so friendly and helpful.

Pandora is one of the few good jewelry stores. Y’all have jewelry that are really expensive and some of it is cheaper but the cheaper jewelry that y’all have is still a lot better the ones I bought other stores. Will continue to shop at Pandora!
