Could not find a "Valentine Bracelet" advertise in an email received from Pandora. The associates took my name and stated they could contact me when item is received in the store. Have not heard from the store. I live approximately 40 miles from that store.

They were out of several charms I wanted and a bracelet. I asked if they could order for me and was told no, I had to order myself online. It would have been much easier for the store to order even if to their store and I could pickup in store when it arrived.

There is always room for improvement anywhere.it was a good experience yes. The store is new and there could have been a need for another sales,person on the floor to handle the traffic.

When I walked in, a salesperson and customer (apparently her friend) just stared at me and continued to gawk as I walked to the counter. As I told her what I needed, her friend just stood there continuing to stare. The salesperson was not friendly at all. I asked to have 4 bracelets cleaned while I waited on my online order to be pulled and they did not look anything like when I've had them cleaned at other locations (they were still looked dull). The salesperson continued talking to her friend and told me that my order had not hit their system yet. When the manager returned with my 4 bracelets, she ended up having to pull my order.
