For Valentine's day there were only 3 sales associates. Clearly wasn't enough. Usually I'm in and out I spent at least 45mins for 1charm.

The sales associate was not very friendly or knowledgeable. I was told at another store I could save all my coupons and use them at once, but she said she could not do that. I was sent over there by another store that did not have what I was looking for. I drove all the way from Mississippi to Tennessee looking for this particular item.

I asked to see a particular charm.Im african american,another associate caucasian just interfered and just show here book which i didnt ask for the book i wanted to see charm.It was like she thought i was going to take charm i was very unhappy

I had a return from an online purchase. I came in the store with the packing slip that came with the purchase and I had the email invoice. They told me that both of those were useless and unless I knew the email associated with the purchase, I couldn’t return it in the store & would have to do it my mail. But then said I could get a store credit if I refused to do it via the mail. I had 2 things showing proof of purchase but because the email address that it was sent to was not associated with an account, they couldn’t do anything. Now that is certainly contradictory to what it says on the website and what it says on the packing slip.

I understand final sales but I should be able to at least exchange my merchandise for something better or if I decide on another color. This is disheartening and you are losing money if I wanted to get something more expensive in the exchange.

So my sister went to exchange a bracelet that I had bought for her online and they didn’t want to exchange it they say she need it to do that online ..Where I loved they will never have a problem with that they will just exchange it for me ..This was completely insane how the customer service in this store is always rude and they never want to do their job ..Very very dissatisfied with this
