After looking online for the perfect charm for my mom for Mother’s Day, I saw one and fell in love with it… I checked to see if there were any available in store by the locations close to me and it said it was (saddle creek) location… after arriving , had to wait a lil longer due to the up coming holiday, so I didn’t mind.. finally getting to the counter and asking for this specific charm. The sales associate checked and it said they had 5 left. Well after her looking for a moment, she could not find the one I really wanted… I end up getting something I really didn’t like. I was very disappointed

I didn’t not get my free gift I felt no one cared they where more happy to see returning customer instead of a new customer the website had a error I could go back to get my free bracelet so the store said it’s nothing they can do but if it’s y’all website I should be aboento get help I spent 200 bucks to be told I couldn’t get the free gift it really hurt my feelings I’m probably never going ship with Pandora again I might even just return the stuff because at this point no one is helpful not even the online chat was any assistance

They young lady acted as if she didn’t want to assist me. The store was not busy and the manager walked passed me as if I was a inconvenience to them

The earrings had several stones missing that the salesman should've notice. The store had a poor selection of merchandise

the sale rep who rung me up was the problem one she act like she didn't want to be there I had to get a gift for 5 people the way she was and not really helping I got gift for 4 if it wasn't for Chanel B I was going to get a refund and I didn't get my free gift for spending over 125 I spent over 6.. with 2 transaction then she told me NO BOXES and bags I am like what ......Chanel b wrap and came with bags and help find more items I need still was missing some due to lack of help but I wish when I ask about gift at holiday gift at first I would be told and had better help from the jump
