this pandora store in germantown is very different from the pandora store in Cielo Vista El Paso. El Paso is my hometown but that store needs an over haul. I just sent a feedback regarding my Dec 26 experience over there. and this feeback box is not enough to finish the horrible experience i had - i hope you can call me about that experience so i can finish my entire story. i am so happy with the service i received in this Germantown store. SHAZIA is the best. very helpful, gave me options, didnt dismiss me at all. i felt valued. moreover, they have cleaning service. Finally!!!!! i always go to the Pandora at Cielo Vista and always always always, they say they cant do it or no one is there to do it. This store fulfilled what i needed and didnt get from the Cielo Vista Pandora.
