WE had an unusual request. The first, young, lady had trouble understanding what we wanted. She was preempted by a much more mature woman, who understood immediately and showed us just what we wanted, at a price we were willing to pay. We walked out very happy.

It was quick and the service was great. I already knew what i wanted.

The sales associate was very friendly. She helped me make a decision of which jewelry suited me best. And she was extremely quick when it came to helping me make a purchase.

Elizabeth was very helpful on helping me find the correct size bracelet for me and also on helping me chose the perfect charm for my mother in law es birthday. She was really sweet and made my experience great overall.

The customer service was great, she explained all the details to all my questions. She handled all my charms with care.
