I had an email gift certificate and I didn't realize I had 2 emails in order to complete the purchase, but the Manager was able to retrieve the email and I was able to purchase my charms.

Upon entering the store I was immediately greeted by Moneika. Although she was busy, she assured me someone would be with me right away.
