This was my first time in the store and the sales associate Katrina was extremely kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and a joy to talk to. I will return to see her the the near future.

When I walked in the store, the first young lady that was helping me was so not into helping me resolved my problem I had, so not listening to what i had to say about the issue, but Katrina came along and she really took care of me and explained to me things i didn't know kudos to Katrina, she was GREAT!!!!!

Katrina at the Saddle Creek store at 7615 Farmington Blvd Germantown Tn was very upbeat and positive with great customer service!!! I will shop there again it was worth my 2 hr drive to that store…
