Great merchandise, Customer service was excellent, and a very nice atmosphere.

I brought a bracelet online it was too small. I took it to the closes store to me it was out of stock. the associate called another store they had it held it for me went received it with no problem.

I purchased 3 charms and a rope bracelet for a great price. The store is clean and the customers was A+. The staff was professional and patient.

Took long to get in store but that was due to covid so no problem with that but great service and fast very much option to choose from and picked the best one.

Being that this was the beginning of Mothers Day Weekend. The store moved very quickly to help each customer. They were very organized and practiced safety in the process.

The sales associate was super helpful and patient with us. We knew sort of what we wanted - it is a mother's day gift - but she helped us pick the right things after we described what my mom wanted. I ended up purchasing a ring I hadn't intended to buy because it was so pretty in the case. Very pleased with my ring and very pleased with my experience. I've never purchased from Pandora before but I will again in the future!
