Jocelyn and G are great! They were patient and I will return to complete another bracelet and necklace. I came to return and earring, ended up finishing a bracelet and purchased another earring! Did I say I called my friend and she came and purchased 5 charms!!!! A++

The salesperson (Shazia B) was very professional while we were finishing up my purchase. I stated too feel really faint. She ran to the back got a chair helped me sit down, then grabbed a fan to cool me off while the other associate grabbed a bottle of cold water and an wet towel. I am so grateful that she was working that day. You guys should feel honored to have a person like her on your staff.

The sales associate was very active in helping me organize my charms. Additionally, she scanned all of the charms I mentioned, and showed me the price of my purchase with tax if I chose to purchase the charms.
