I was high satisfied with my Pandora experience because the customer service was great. The items were easy to find. Also, i was able to navigate through the store easily and safely proceeding with cdc guidelines.

Jeremy the Assistant Manager was phenomenal! He made my purchase experiences amazing, picked perfect beads, catered exactly to me and was EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE! I WENT OUT OF MY WAY TO VISIT HIS HOME LOCATION JUST TO INTERACT WITH HIM, PERSONALLY.

The only store I go to in Germantown area I love my SA Cannel but the other staff is wonderful as well

The staff on Wednesday was exceptionally great. The young lady that helped me was so kind and patient. (I can’t remember her name, light skinned with long beautiful hair with pink & yellow nails). Even though they were out of stock on a couple of the charms I wanted she worked with me to find something different.

Jeremy was fantastic! He knew exactly what interested my daughter based on her lanyard. She loved the bracelet. He also knew exactly what he was talking about in regards to the products available. Would definitely return to work with Jeremy.

so I placed an order online, unknowing my ring size, but once I got to the wire the manager got me right. She kb what size to grab for me, which was perfect. there’s a younger lady with green and brown pretty nails that gave great, connection conversation while she was checking me out. She even found a pair of earrings that I was looking for online & that was amazing
