I was looking for a charm bracelet for my girlfriend and the sales associate was very friendly in assisting me and advising me of the options available. I didn't realize so much attention to detail went into selecting a charm bracelet. But the sale associate made it easy at the end. She went as far as educating me on the different clips and charms that can be added in the future. This was my first time purchasing a charm bracelet and I'm glad I went to Pandora first. This was a great first time experience.

I came to the store to purchase a charm I received for someone else. I ended up purchasing 4 spacers and 2 charms as gifts. I also realized the importance of having spacers and your chain clasp after talking to sales associate. I also realized I need to replace my third change due to kinks.
