I went in just to browse but when I asked for a particular item the associate went straight to a drawer and pulled out the perfect Birthday gift! Her knowledge of the merchandise surprised and pleased me.

I came in for the free bracelet with a $125.00 purchase. I ended up with two free bracelets because I spent over $250.00. The sales associate Wanda was very good.

The staff w as friendly. And ready to go over and be on to help.

Erin and the other ladies were very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. They made my mother and I feel very comfortable and welcomed. This was our first time at a Pandora store, and we will definitely return to this one.

I liked the fact that when you first walk into the store they make sure everyone sanitizes before being assisted. Even though the associates were assisting other customers when I walked in they assured me that they would be right with me and to feel free to look around. The associate who assisted me, Channel was very patient with me because I was a bit indecisive on the start of my first bracelet and she was very knowledgeable about everything I asked her.

The customer service representative’s is very professional friendly and patient. She have a very nice personality and helpful. On time helpful out with selection 👌
