Upon first entering the store, I did not like how I was dealt with. Shazia clearly had an attitude and she was very rude. I went in with clear expectations of getting my three bracelets cleaned. There was two other ladies that entered at the same time as I did and they were treated completely different. The other sales associate immediately started working with those two ladies - Shazia just glanced "my way" and said can I help you and when I told her I'd like my bracelets cleaned she said it would be a minute. Shazia started working with those two ladies as well then glanced up at me, from across the room, "is it okay if I clean these items first?" I was very upset at this point - by the way I was treated but clearly how she was treating me differently than the other two ladies. I felt like she was rushing through the process of cleaning my items but yet she and the other associate worked on the other two ladies' items. What really upset me, those two ladies didn't even BUY anything. I spent $312.79!!!!!!!!!! The customer service at the end, turned around, however, it all left a bad taste in my mouth about this location.

I was greeted at the door and received exceptional service. The associate was very knowledgeable of the merchandise and searched the store to find what it was I was looking for. Very much appreciated.

Because my sales associate Alashley was very patient with me purchasing a new bracelet and helping me pick out the right charms for my bracelet. I most definitely will shop there again.

Customer service was amazing. Inventory was stocked. The store was clean and inviting.

I would like to start off by saying that my sales person Jocelyn C. NO.(232281)at the Saddle Creek in Germantown, Tn was super great with assisting me in my bracelet, charms and necklace. She was courteous, patience, knowledgeable and very helpful. I hope she will still be employed there on my next visit which will be soon. Thank you Jocelyn.

I told the sales person exact what I was looking for and she went right to it . My mom bought a charm and she insisted on clean hers before placing new charm on. My bracelet hadn't been cleaned in while but she to the time to make sure she cleaned it good very polite.

The customer service was great, the sales person greeted me with a great smile and sense of humor. She also knew exactly what I was seeking.

The store was very peaceful, Sales Associate did not rush me and was very friendly. I just got my bracelet in December and still learning of all the perks. Especially the monthly cleaning, which she reminded me of. She volunteered to clean my bracelet without me asking. And lastly, she shared with me her journey her story of her bracelet. which made me want to continue my journey with mine own!
