MY PREVIOUS PURCHASE WAS AT THE TANGLER LOCATION IN SOUTHAVEN MS AND IT WAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE BUT ONCE I ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM WITH MY BRACELET THEY WOULDN'T EVEN ANSWER THE PHONE SO I CALLED THE LOCATION IN GERMANTOWN TN AND THE MANAGER AND HER STAFF WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME FIX MY ISSUE
