The salesperson was very pleasant. She even went out of the way to arrange my charms on my bracelet that I was wearing.

My sales associate made sure I got exactly what I wanted and she also checked my profile to see other merchandise that I have purchased in the past to make sure I got the right size bracelet.

I called the store before I went and asked for a particular piece. The clerk verified it and had it on hold for me when I got there. She even cleaned my other bracelets and charms.

Sales associate was very helpful in helping me exchange an item. Highly satisfied with her ability to suggest something else. Will definitely be returning soon!

When I first walked in I felt welcomed. The saleswoman/manager was very knowledgeable. The store was very clean and neat. Easy to find items that I wanted.
