My son and his wife bought me a Pandora bracelet and three charms for Christmas and I wanted to add some more charms but I had no clue of what I wanted. My daughter in law has a bracelet full of charms and I'm trying to catch up lol. Crystal ask me questions about myself to help me find charms that would suit my personality and the things I love in my life. She even told me about the free cleanings that I receive (my son and his wife left that important part out lol). I also appreciated how patient she was with me and how I wanted the charms arranged on the bracelet. It didn't seem as if she was trying to just sell me charms; she actually went through several little trays until she was able to find the ones that would suit me best.
