I was impressed with the associate's knowledge of the catalog and the entire store. While we were unable to find one of the items that I was looking for, she gave a great suggestion and I bought that one instead.

Wanda, the salesperson, was very knowledgeable of the product and went way beyond my expectation. After purchasing a necklace for a Christmas present she put it in a pretty ceramic box and then wrapped it nicely. The store was busy that morning but she came over to speak to me while waiting on another customer.

The sales associate rearranged the charms on my bracelet which brought some balance and I greatly appreciated that.
