Crystal was highly knowledgeable. She was professional and courteous. She took the time to clean my bracelet and went above and beyond and asked my permission to rearrange my bracelet charms so it would be visually more appealing! I will be back.

This location had everything I was looking for except one charm that they were sold out of. They did recommend other charm that were similar to one I was looking for

Crystal and Elantra were marvelous! The knowledge and customer service of the associates was very helpful and engaging! They coerced me into buying several more charms(Crystal!) And cleaned and organized my other bracelets! They are a great team and fun together...made the time pass quickly.

The ladies working in this store know the product. Always willing to take whatever time you need to find exactly what you want. And when you don't know what you want they have an abundance of suggestions. All of the ladies go out of their way to assist. Erin is the best. Inas and Elantra have helped me on other occasions. I highly recommend this location.
